This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to sub-divide the patta for the property comprising in the new Survey No.53/2B measuring an extent of acre 1,09 cent out of Acre 2,73 cent from the existing Patta No.81 situated at Keezhpuliyampattu Village, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District - 608 301 and transfer the Sub- divided patta in the name of Petitioner after verifying the necessary documents.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.05.2019 with a request to survey the petitioner's property and issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested 2/4

persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
