ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 7(c) of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 9403 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner are daily wage coolies and are unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the nature of offence involving exploitation of natural resources, this Court does not find any reason to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9403 of 2026.
