This Court vide order dated 05.12.2022 has directed the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1449 of 2013 in O.S.No.1506 of 2009, within a period of six months and dismissed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. This being so, after a lapse of one year, the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide D.No.9437/2023, dated 20.11.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of six months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 05.12.2022, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant six months extension to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1449 of 2013 in O.S.No.1506 of 2009 as directed by this Court dated 05.12.2022.

3. Registry is directed to issue a copy of the order to the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore along with the copy marked to the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. 13.12.2023 kmm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
