ORDER

This Writ Petition (Crl) has been filed to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly a Writ in the name of Writ of Mandamus directing the

respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and pass such further or other orders.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. A. Damodaran, Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had already been granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court and the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner. Further, the current paper enquiry was already conducted and closed, Hence, the petitioner's presence is not required.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
