ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying to relax the condition 7[b] the Petitioner shall report before

the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders; imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9095 of 2025 Order dated 10.04.2026 on the file of this Court. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9095 of 2026, dated 10.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation. Other conditions imposed therein remains unaltered.
