O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from installing the transformer and other installations in front of the petitioner's house bearing door No.AG 94, 7th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-40.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have erected the transformer in the alternative place and therefore, the prayer sought in the petition has become infructuous.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also not disputed the above submission.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
