/ 2 / Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass orders amending the Fair Order and Decreetal order even dated 05/04/2007 passed in O.P.No.3 of 2007 and A.No.155 of 2007 in O.P.No.3 of 2007. Wherein respective names of i) the minor female child.

ii) the proposed Adoptive father of the minor female child; and iii) the proposed Adoptive mother of the minor female child Which require amendments to effect the actual prefix, suffix and spellings in the names (i) MARY CYNTHIA.E as MARY CYNTHIA D; (ii) Mr.E.DOSS GNANAYUTHAM as Mr.E.DOSS GNAYAYUTHEM; and (iii) Mrs.R.SHELLA SHENBAGAVALLI as Mrs.R.SHEELA SHENBAGAVALLI as narrated in the "SCHEDULE OF AMENDMENT" annexed (in the Judges Summons).

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

As per the order of this Court dated 20.11.2020, the affidavit of the second petitioner is filed and the same is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to amend the typographical error found in the Fair and Decreetal order dated 05.04.2007 passed by this Court in O.P.No.3 of 2007 and A.No.155 of 2007 in O.P.No.3 of 2007.
