This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9448 of 2022 to appear before the trial Court on all working days till the conclusion of the trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday till the conclusion of the trial.
