He has also filed a memo dated 19.03.2018 to that effect. 2.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that due to the non-cooperation of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to place the present position of the case before this Court. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
