ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition directing that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00
a.m until further orders' vide order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl. M.P. No.3091/2026 dated 07.04.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the said condition imposed by the Court in Crl. M.P. No.3091/2026 dated 07.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered. 18-06-2026 MJS Note:
