ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing on 22.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even when the petition came up
for hearing on 30.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the revision petition stands posted today under the caption of "For Dismissal".
2. For the past three hearings, the petitioner seems to have been continuously absented from making his appearance. Therefore, it is presumed by this Court that the petitioner does not have interest to get on with the petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that this Civil Revision Petition deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this civil revision is dismissed for non-prosecution with the cost of the respondent. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
