Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents particularly the District Collector, Office of the District Collectorate, Chengalpet District not to pass an any order to close (or) shifting the TASMAC Shop No.4381 from the present location Plot No.90, Survey No.388 (part) Paventhar Street, Ninakkarai Village, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengleput District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2025. ORDER
The petitioner, who is the owner of the property on which TASMAC Shop No.4381 is located, seeks to prevent the closure or shifting of the shop.
2.Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for R1. Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for R2 to R3. They pointed out that W.P.No.18512 of 2025 was filed by the licensee of TASMAC Shop No.4381 and this Court disposed of the Writ Petition by directing consideration and disposal of the representation dated 08.05.2025 of Mr.S.Krishnamoorthy.
3.In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner herein while disposing of the representation dated 08.05.2025 of Mr.S.Krishnamoorthy.
