ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.02.2014.

2. The appeal is relating to conducting festival and on account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for lost its relevance. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
