ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.04.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(c), 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, in connection with Crime No.68 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 branding him as 'Bootlegger'.
