This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 18.10.2007 of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to allot Arachalur Firka of Erode District for development and drawal of cane in favour of the petitioner as per the recommendations of 35th De Limitation Committee. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
