ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 7(b) of the order dated 25.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 7587 of 2026, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and, thereafter, to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. every day until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 25.03.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.7587 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
