Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for records on the file of the first respondent relating to the order issued by him in Na.Ka.No.3588/2014/ A2/V.E.(OO) dated 30.11.2014 and quash the same.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as Withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
