This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.70 of 2015. To issue direction to Respondent Police to conclude the investigation and file final report in Crime No.70 of 2015 on the file of 1st Respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. There was a burglary in the house of the petitioner. Pursuant to which, a case in Crime No.70 of 2015 has been registered on 26.03.2015 under Sections 457, 380 IPC against the unknown persons.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit that the finger prints lifted from the place does not tally with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

available finger prints of known accused. Therefore, the police have temporarily closed the enquiry. However, the petitioner in his representation dated 26.03.2016 given to the police has suspected the involvement of [1] Nisha, W/o.Hassain, [2] Abi, D/o.Imam, [3] Basheer [Imam's son-in-law], [4] John, S/o.Ansar, [5] Prakash, S/o.Balakrishnan Achari and [6] Ramesh.

5. In a case of this nature, where the police are not able to trace the offendor, no positive direction can be issued to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the police is directed to enquire discreetly about the aforesaid persons named by the petitioner, so that it may throw some clue on real offendor.
