Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to accept the court fee now being paid by the petitioner a sum of Rs.400.00 and grant exemption to pay the balance court of Rs.42,692.50p and undertake to pay the balance court after passing of the award thus render justice.(In CMP.NO.17971/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee.

2.The petitioners were the claimants before the Tribunal and they sought compensation of Rs.50,00,000/-, but the Tribunal has awarded Rs.6,28,000/-. This appeal has been preferred seeking enhancement of compensation.

3.Since the Tribunal has passed award in favour of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant exemption from payment of Court Fee. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
