The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 27.08.2014 passed in I.A.No.37 of 2014 in O.S.No.22 of 2005, by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai. 1/3

2. On 27.09.2019, when this Civil Revision Petition was came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that he has already handed over the case records to the petitioner. Recording the same, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today, after printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Even though the matter is posted today for dismissal, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present for representing the case of the petitioner.

4. Hence, in view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
