ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner is directed to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) to the credit of 'Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras', without prejudice to the right of the defence before the Trial Court and the receipt shall be produced at the time of executing the bond" by this Court dated 22.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.10127 of 2026.

GBI 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family, engaged in daily wage labour, and is unable to mobilize the huge amount of Rs.4,00,000/-.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10127 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 01-06-2026 GBI To 1.The Sub Inspector of Police, B2 Thiruvallur Taluk Police Station, Thiruvallur District.
