ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 8(b) of the order dated 25.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 7596

of 2026, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court since 27.03.2026 and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.8(b) of the order dated 25.03.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.7596 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
