(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The problem of construction through unapproved lay out plans or utilization of land contrary to the lay out plans permeates even this petitioner and thus the learned Government Pleader states that necessary action in accordance with law will be taken, if infirmities are found especially keeping in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11927 of 2013.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
