ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7 in Crl.O.P.No.7422 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026, wherein the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vanur, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Magistrate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are daily wage coolies and are unable to comply with the condition requiring each of them to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the nature of allegations, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.7422 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Magistrate.

4.
