Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying conditions which was imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13800 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020.

V.BHAGYARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for complying conditions which was imposed by this Court in order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13800 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020 for a period of two weeks.
