PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to revise and refix the tentative Civil Medical List Seniority issued vide circular dated 31.08.2017 by considering the objection submitted by the petitioner dated 18.12.2017.

The grievances of the writ petitioners is that the tentative provisional seniority list has already been published and the writ petitioners have submitted their objection in respect of the tentative list already published.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioners states that it would be sufficing, if a direction is issued to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners with reference to their objections regarding the publication of tentative seniority list.

3. In view of the limited submission made in this regard, this Court is inclined to consider the writ petition. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners on 18.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petitioners are directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the Government Orders or documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
