A.No.2961 of 2022 in C.S.No.581 of 2015 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., This application has been filed to reopen the evidence of the applicants / plaintiffs which was closed on 07.07.2022 and permit the applicants / plaintiffs to lead further evidence in the above Suit in C.S.No.581 of 2015.

2.Ms.P.R.Vandana, for M/s.Surana and Surana, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.Prashant Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 have no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4.This application stands allowed accordingly.
