O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a First Information Report based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that accused persons have trespassed into his property and threatened him. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 28.02.2018. But so far no action has been taken on his complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that after lodging the complaint, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry and is not producing any documents, in support of his case.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to produce relevant documents before the first respondent within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and thereafter, the first respondent has to conduct preliminary enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and in case, the enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reveals only a civil dispute or a non-cognizable offence, he has to direct the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for obtaining proper relief, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
