Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to call for the records to the order dated 15.09.2016 made in Crl.RC.1019 of 2016 on the file of the Honble High Court and modify the same enabling the petitioner enlarging on bail by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition before this Hon`ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMADEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURYA PRAKASH, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 15.09.2016 made in Crl.R.C.No.1019 of 2016. When the matter is called for hearing the learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made and endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the endorsement, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
