C.M.P.No.13970 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 2855 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement. 2.C.M.P.No.13972 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent i.e. Dhanakodi in the above second appeal.

3.C.M.P.No.13975 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the proposed 3rd respondent/ proposed parties, the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the second appeal, as 3rd respondent. 4.Heard both sides.
