Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the ward for whom the Petition has 1/3

been filed is no more and hence, the Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Original Petition stands closed, as no further orders are required to be made in this petition. Registry is directed to return the original documents to the petitioner.
