A.Rajanthran, v. The Collector,
M. SUNDAR,J.
AND K. GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI,J.
(Order of the Court was made by M. SUNDAR,J.) This Order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs'].
2.
Captioned WMPs have been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original orders dated 13.06.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No. 01/2024 [hereinafter 'impugned orders' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
3.
Mr.T. Dharani, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.
4.
Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that only photocopies of impugned orders have been served to the writ petitioners and hence, he was not able to file the original. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows: 1\4
'It is respectfully submitted that the original impugned orders was not served on the petitioner only the photocopy of the impugned order was served on the petitioner through registered post. Hence, I am filing the photocopy of the impugned orders. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the production of the original impugned notice Na.Ka.No.01/2024, dated 13.06.2024 of the 5th respondent..'
5.
The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMPs without expressing any other opinion in this order.
6.
In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. (M.S.J.) (K.G.T.J.) nv 09.07.2024 2/2 2\4
