ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation regarding making mutation in revenue records, dated 16.04.2018. None appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that the third respondent after issuing notice to all the parties, passed the orders. In view of the above submissions, the prayer of the writ petitioner to consider his representation has become infructuous. If the petitioner aggrieved by the order said to have been passed by the third respondent, he can workout his remedy in the manner known to law. If the third respondent 2/4

has not passed any order as represented by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and issue notice to all the interested parties/rival claimants including the petitioner and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs.
