This petition has been filed to exempt the surrender of the petitioner as a pre requisite to file the present revision, challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 21.07.2020 in C.A.No.43 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 06.02.2019 in C.C.No.73 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Salem.

2. This Court, by order dated 16.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8143 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1166 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, there is no necessity for exemption to surrender the petitioner before the Lower Court.
