When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submitted that no harassment has been made by the respondents Police as alleged by the petitioner. However, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.609 of 2026 and it was closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
