This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.No.11/Reg.Post/Ins/2023 dt.14.6.2023 and it was closed on 17.6.2023 by the 2nd respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that this is a case which has to be agitated only before a competent Civil Court. The police cannot interfere in a dispute of this nature. Except giving this liberty to the petitioner no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
