The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120 B and 420 of IPC in Crime No.11 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case has been completed and final report filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.4133 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and summons for appearance of the petitioner issued.
