Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Fourth Respondent to, who had issued chalon and received charges for measuring the land of Petitioner as early as on 13.03.2018 to do their lawful duty of measuring the land of Petitioner-Vada Chennai Attu Mandi Viyabarigal Sangam, within the boundaries North by Seethammal Land; South by Remaining land in Survey No.1326 of Madhavaram Village; East by Canal; West by Lake as stated and purchased under the Registered Sale Deed, Public Document 1020 of 1990 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Sembium, Chennai.

Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 15.03.2018 made by the Petitioner has been

disposed by order No. Na. Ka.3513/2019/A1 dated 26.07.2019 passed by the Fourth Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
