ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 6686 of 2026, dated 10.04.2026, whereby the

petitioner was directed to stay at Coimbatore and appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. regularly until further orders, and he shall not leave, except with the permission of the trial Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.6686 of 2026 dated 10.04.2026, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. regularly, until further orders alone is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered to the extent indicated above.
