KRISHNAN RAMASAMY J., The applicant has filed the present application to extend the succession certificate dated 20.07.2018 granted in O.P.No.311 of 2018 to the schedule mentioned debts not originally specified therein.

2. It is the case of the applicant that at the time of filing the application, she was not aware of the schedule mentioned debts, only after grant of succession certificate by the Court on 20.07.2018, recently, it came to know about the same, therefore, the present application.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and in view of the fact that at the time of filing the petition for grant of succession certificate, the petitioner was not aware of the fact about the availability of the schedule mentioned debts and hence, the petitioner was not in a position to include the same originally in the schedule, further, this Court, being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to issue a fresh succession certificate by including the schedule mentioned debts also, as prayed for.
