This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents-Police herein not to interfere with the civil dispute in terms of the memorandum dated 09.01.2024 in C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024 and not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Subbarayalu, the second respondent-Police issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry on 20.12.2022. After enquiry, the second respondent - Police closed the complaint, since the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature and directed the parties to approach the civil Court for appropriate remedy.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. It is open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court for redressal of his grievance.
