O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 16.4.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a physically challenged person and having disability of 100% and he is running a bunk shop at Chennai College Road, Near Weather https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Telecasting Bus Stop, Chennai, for his livelihood. The officials of the second respondent are removed the petitioner's bunk shop. Hence, he gave a representation to the second respondent on 16.04.2018. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In the light of the above submissions and the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to all necessary parties.
