This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6 on the petitioner by an order dated 01.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15127 of 2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.
