This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 5 to 8 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr.B.R.Sankara Lingam, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 28.05.2022. Hence, he has filed the above petition along with legal heir certificate.

3. Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for respondent/appellant appeared and raised her formal objections.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The legal heir certificate has been verified and the proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are shown as his legal heirs and they are impleaded as respondents 5 to 8 in the above Second Appeal.
