This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated 30.01.2008, passed by the second respondent by which the second respondent granted recognition to the fifth respondent- college for conducting one year B.Ed course with an intake of 100 students, for the academic year 2008-2009.
2. It is evident from the order dated 30.01.2008 passed by the second respondent, which is impugned in this writ petition, that the second respondent has granted recognition to the fifth respondent-college to conduct B.Ed course only for one year and the period of recognition expired even in the year 2009. Therefore, at this stage, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
