JUDGMENT

The defendant already set ex parte. The matter is listed before this Court, after recording of ex parte evidence produced by the plaintiff, for further orders. The suit has been levied by the plaintiff's for recovery of money in respect of the goods delivered by the plaintiff to the defendant and as regards the balance amount due in respect of the same from the defendant. In support of the plaintiff's case, PW1 has been examined. Exhibits P1 & P2 have been marked. The evidence of PW1 and the documents marked as exhibits P1 & P2 and the connected documents filed along with the plaint have remained unchallenged. The plaintiff has established her claim through the evidence of PW1 and exhibits P1 & P2 and other allied documents.
