This petition is filed to condone the delay of 514 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the judgement passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai in S.C.No.35 of 2018 dated 29.11.2022.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
