both Non-NEET as well NEET based UG courses as a resident of Puducherry in order that she may be considered under the U.T. of Puducherry State Quota.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent in UG NON-NEET - B-Pharm Draft Merit List (2023-2024) dated 21.06.2023 and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application for admission to both Non-NEET as well NEET based UG courses as a resident of Puducherry in order that she may be considered under the U.T. of Puducherry State Quota. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall

be no order as to costs.
