Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2013 itself was disposed of by the Trial Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
