These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1683 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and to bring on record his legal representatives as respondents in the second appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 7 has no serious objection to allow the petitions.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the Second Appeal.
